This video clip was shoot with Nikon D90 still camera in HD video format. Video is converted into SD format to get "cinematic" look from video. I was playing with depth of field and different lenses to get some cinematic effects for the video. Result is good except this camera is designed as a still camera and there is no manual controls to work in video mode. Manual focus, and only exposure compensation are available ( or ELock) in video mode. Also camera's controls arenot comfortable for shooting video. But it is still handy toy for everyday use. You can get both quality pictures or HD video to preserve family memories.
